Just 4 You is a full service Traveling Real Estate Closing company.
Just 4 You works closely with all parties involved in the transaction.
We contact the Title Company, and Real Estate Agent to insure that
everyone is aware of the closing time and location.
Just 4 You works with the Title Company to receive electronic
documents or make arrangements for original packages to be delivered
prior to the scheduled closing.
Just 4 You explains all documentation to the borrower and points out
extra helpful hints, such as when to file for homestead exemption, where
to file and how to file. How tax prorations work and when taxes are due.
First time home buyers can expect the closing to take at least 45
minutes per lien.
Just 4 You contacts the lender prior to closing to get a detailed list of
documents needed for funding (if requested prior to closing). Those
documents are pulled out and placed at the top of the package. After the
client has signed those documents they are faxed immediately to the
lender. While the lender is reviewing the funding package we are
completing the closing transaction. In doing this we are able to expedite
the funding process.
